• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations concerning the nature, packaging, and transportation of goods, including but not limited to dangerous goods, perishable items, or restricted articles.
• Indemnify Thornbridge Couriers against any liabilities arising from your breach of these obligations.

4. Prohibited Items

Thornbridge Couriers cannot transport certain items due to legal restrictions, safety concerns, or company policy. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

• Illegal goods (e.g., narcotics, contraband)
• Firearms, ammunition, and explosives
• Live animals
• Perishable goods requiring refrigeration
• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, corrosive, toxic substances) without prior arrangement and compliance
• Valuables such as precious metals, stones, or currency (unless specifically agreed upon and insured)

A full list of prohibited items is available upon request and may be updated periodically. Thornbridge Couriers reserves the right to refuse any shipment that, in its sole discretion, it deems unsafe or non-compliant with these terms or applicable laws.

5. Tracking and Delivery

We strive to provide accurate tracking information and timely delivery. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, especially for international shipments which may be subject to customs delays or unforeseen circumstances. Thornbridge Couriers is not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thornbridge Couriers will exercise reasonable care in the handling and delivery of your shipments. Our liability for loss or damage to any shipment is limited to the lesser of:

• The actual cash value of the goods lost or damaged; or
• A fixed amount per kilogram or per item, as specified in our service tariffs or standard booking terms, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased.

Thornbridge Couriers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or business interruption, unless proven to be a direct result of our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Claims Procedure

Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing to Thornbridge Couriers within a specified timeframe from the date of delivery or expected delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being rejected. All claims must be accompanied by supporting documentation, including proof of value and evidence of damage.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thornbridge Couriers, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
